Demolition
We offer demolition of commercial office spaces, public infrastructure, and residential buildings, including strip outs that involve partial demolition. We deliver end to end solutions with safety and compliance at the forefront of our processes and practices. Some of these services include the preparation of demolition documentation such as SWMS, waste management, traffic control and risk assessments.
Excavation | Earthworks
We do all types of excavation works including but not limited to: Bulk Earthwork (both cut and fill) in natural soil; Rock Excavation; Detailed excavation for footings, pads, lift pad and OSD/ rainwater tank; Subgrade preparation, (including compaction and proof roll) for building slab, road and pavement; Erosion and sedimentation control; Site remediation; and Disposal of natural (non-contaminated VENM/ ENM), GSW and contaminated soils (ACM).
Asbestos Removal
We are licensed asbestos removalists and recognised contractors by Safework NSW in the management of asbestos and hazardous waste. All our employees are qualified and experienced in the identification, safe removal, labelling and disposing of all ACM material. All asbestos is disposed of at approved tipping yards and Clearance Certificates are provided upon completion
Civil Works | Other
Perfect Excavation & Demolition has the labour and resources to cater for all civil contracting services and support a scope of building and infrastructure works across residential and commercial landscapes.
